DELIVERY

We process and ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Once the order has been validated, you can follow its progress on your customer account, a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package online or the number of your parcel will be sent to you.

NINETOSEVEN offers you 3 delivery methods:

  • Delivery method to post office via BPOST
  • The BPOST home delivery method
  • Withdrawal from the deposit (Falaën)

Delivery method to relay point via BPOST.
Delivery will take place at a post point via BPOST.

You will receive your package tracking by email or text message. You will then be redirected to the Bpost website giving you all the information concerning it (delivery stage, tracking number, etc.)
Price: 4.80€
Delivery time***: between 24 and 48 hours (working days)

Bpost delivery to your home or to an address of your choice
BPOST informs you in advance by SMS or email of the delivery day of your package.
We will use the address indicated in “Delivery address” of the purchase funnel. Be complete with your address and please ensure your address is complete and accurate.
Price: €5.75
Delivery time***: between 24 and 48 hours (working days)

Withdrawal to deposit.
We do not have a physical store. However, you can always come and collect your package free of charge from my home.
Please send an email to set up an “appointment”.
This allows people who do not want delivery to pick up their order but also to manage returns and exchanges without any cost.

Delivery method to collection point via Mondial Relay
\!/ THE CHOICE OF THE RELAY POINT IS MADE AFTER PAYMENT.
You will receive your package tracking by email or text message. You will then be redirected to the Mondial Relay website giving you all the information concerning it (delivery stage, tracking number, etc.)
Mondial Relay offers you more than 7,300 collection points across France. This solution allows you to pick up your package when you are available. Practical, collect your package whenever you want!
Price: €6.50 including tax
Delivery time***: approximately 5 working days

  • LUXEMBOURG

NINETOSEVEN offers you only one delivery method:
Delivery method to collection point via Mondial Relay

You will receive your package tracking by email or text message. You will then be redirected to the Mondial Relay website giving you all the information concerning it (delivery stage, tracking number, etc.)
Mondial Relay offers you many collection points across Luxembourg. This solution allows you to pick up your package when you are available. Practical, collect your package whenever you want!
Price: €4 incl. VAT
Delivery time***: approximately 3 working days
*Delivery times are indicated as an indication on our site as well as on the site of our delivery partners and are not guaranteed.

Once deposited with our carriers, we are in no way responsible for the theft or loss of the package. In this case, please contact the carrier with your tracking number in order to open an investigation into the delivery of your package 

In the event of damage or loss of your package by the carrier, reimbursement is not possible, you will then be offered a credit note or a return of your package.

Have you received your order but an item does not suit you? 

You can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order to the following address (postal date taken as proof):

Return costs are your responsibility.

/!\ Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, with the label. They must not have been worn (smell of perfume, traces of makeup, etc.), soiled or damaged.

We will reimburse you the amount paid for the acquisition of the item excluding postage.

If you want to get another size/color, you will need to place a new order.

If the product is defective or item error, please send us an email via the contact form. You have a maximum of 3 days after receipt of your order to inform us of a defect in a product received.

We will send you a new part if it is still in stock.

Otherwise, we will offer you a credit or a refund of the amount or part of the amount of the item. 

Please note, no complaints will be taken into account if you exceed the deadline of 3 days after receipt of your order to notify us of a possible defect.

Likewise, no complaints will be processed if the item has been worn and/or no longer has its label. 

Returns not meeting these conditions will not be refunded.

The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the return.
