Article 1: object
These General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relations between NINETOSEVEN and the buyer (non-commercial individuals) of the site ninetoseven.com.
The acquisition of a property via the website mentioned above entails unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these General Conditions of Sale.
By pressing “Confirm my order”, the buyer accepts the site’s general conditions of sale NINETOSEVEN.
NINETOSEVEN reserves the right to modify its General Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice. The customer's purchase is governed by the General Conditions of Sale applicable on the date of the order.
The products offered are those listed on the ninebyln.com website, while stocks last.
Article 2: Product Information
The products offered for sale by NINETOSEVEN are those which appear on the site and only on the site on the day of consultation by the user and within the limits of available stocks. If the item is not available, NINETOSEVEN undertakes to inform the customer as quickly as possible on the site.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy, but cannot ensure perfect and total similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to the colors. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the responsibility of NINETOSEVEN could not be engaged.
The customer is therefore invited to refer to the description of each product in order to know its properties and particularities, particularly in relation to the desired characteristics and the desired size.
Article 3: Price
They are denominated in euros (€) All taxes included (TTC).
The prices indicated are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks except for significant changes in charges and in particular VAT, and unless there is a typographical error or omission. The prices indicated take into account the packaging provided by NINETOSEVEN.
The prices do not take into account shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer upon final validation of their order.
NINETOSEVEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered, subject however to the availability of the items.
The items remain the property of NINETOSEVEN until full payment of the order price. The prices of the items sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken.
Discount codes can be offered to customers at any time. These discount codes can only be used on purchases made through the customer who received the discount code.
Article 4: Order and purchase tunnel.
To place your order, NINETOSEVEN makes the site available to you www.ninetoseven.com, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
NINETOSEVEN invites you to check your basket before validation.
Once you have made your choice of product(s), size(s), color and quantity(s), validation of the order consists of the following:

- Proceed to pay for your order.
If you have a customer account :
- Identify yourself, check your information,
- Proceed to pay for your order.
Payment of the order will firmly and definitively formalize the sales contract which binds you to NINETOSEVEN.
Any order implies firm and definitive acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
Any order placed on the site will not be taken into account by the services of NINETOSEVEN only after payment has been accepted.
NINETOSEVEN undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability, NINETOSEVEN undertakes to inform the customer and reimburse him as soon as possible.
In any case, NINETOSEVEN reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, refusal of authorization for payment by credit card from banking organizations, non-payment or partial payment, use of a bank card or other means of payment not issued by a financial institution.
The responsibility of NINETOSEVEN cannot under any circumstances be held liable in this capacity. NINETOSEVEN also reserves the right to cancel any order without the reason mentioned above subject to reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer during their last order.
Article 5: Delivery
Products will be dispatched within 24 hours to 10 working days for all orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays), to the delivery address indicated during the order process, provided that it is located in Belgium .
In the event of a wording error, NINETOSEVEN cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the item(s) ordered. The order will then be refunded or reshipped at the customer's expense.
Packages will be shipped by Bpost for Belgium.
Delivery date: Indicative delivery times for Belgium, for available items, are D+1 to D+5 (working days), from dispatch of the package, except in cases of force majeure. These deadlines are those announced by La Poste.
NINETOSEVEN declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery time due to postal services or means of transport or strikes.
In the event of a prolonged delay in delivery, the customer is invited to report it as quickly as possible to customer service. NINETOSEVEN, indicating the order references. NINETOSEVEN will then contact La Poste services to open an investigation:
- If the package is found, it will be sent to the customer: the delivery procedure will then follow its normal course,
- If the package is declared lost, customer service will then notify the customer. NINE BY LN undertakes to reimburse the lost package.
Article 6: Delivery errors – Item defect
Despite all the care taken by NINETOSEVEN in the preparation of packages, an error is possible, concerning the size, the article or the absence of the latter. Likewise, after transport of the package, one of the products may turn out to be defective. This is why, upon receipt of their order, the customer is invited to check the conformity of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning delivery (missing, broken product, damaged package) must be immediately notified within 48 hours of receipt to customer service. NINETOSEVEN.
Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected and NINETOSEVEN will be released from all liability.
In the event of a delivery error, NINETOSEVEN will cover the return and delivery costs, up to the amount insured by La Poste services.
In the event of a proven defect in an item and if the return conditions are respected NINETOSEVEN undertakes to exchange the item as soon as possible at its expense or to reimburse the customer provided that the item is returned to the address indicated on the returns policy page.
Article 7: Payment terms
Full payment must be made when ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card only.
The communication of this information constitutes authorization for NINETOSEVEN to debit the bank account for the total amount of the order placed.
No cash on delivery will be accepted.
They will be carried out in a secure manner. Payment solutions adopted by the company NINETOSEVEN are 100% secure.
The customer account will be immediately debited.
Article 8: Withdrawal
In accordance with the article, non-professional physical buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery of their order to return the item(s) to NINETOSEVEN for reimbursement without justifying the reason and without any penalty, with the exception of return costs which will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.
This period starts from receipt of the goods. This right is exercised by returning the product(s).
We strongly recommend that the customer checks the garments thoroughly at the time of delivery before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging. The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn and provided with their original labels. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered non-compliant by our returns policy and the item will not be refunded.
Article 9: Exchange
NINETOSEVEN does not make an exchange. We invite you to reorder if your size is available and to return your order to us for a refund.
Article 10: Return and refund conditions
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, with the label (not applicable to shoes) to the address indicated on the latter.
Items worn (perfume odors, traces of makeup, etc.), washed, incomplete, soiled or damaged cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of a defective item upon receipt, or an error when sending the item).
Reimbursement of items (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) will be made within a maximum of 10 days after receipt and verification of the package. This will be made via the same payment method as that used when paying for your order.
The customer has a free choice regarding the type of shipment. However, it will be up to him to keep all proof of return, which assumes that the items are returned by tracked shipment or any other means giving a certain date of shipment.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The latter must also ensure that the items are well protected so that they are not damaged during transport. NINETOSEVEN declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the package returned to it.
In the event of a delivery error, NINETOSEVEN will cover the return and delivery costs, up to the amount insured by the postal services.
Article 11: Liability
NINETOSEVEN has, for all stages of access to the site, from the ordering process to the shipment of the package or subsequent services, only an obligation of means.
The responsibility of NINETOSEVEN cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a breakdown in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure, in accordance with the law and case law.
Article 12: Intellectual property

These General Conditions of Sale on the internet are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of difficulties in the application of these General Conditions of Sale, the customer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek a solution with NINETOSEVEN.
